PS. I Love You

Oma sudah menunggu-nunggu film ini sejak lama.
Hampir sebulan Oma selalu membuka koran pagi, page Olahraga dengan HHC (baca: Hara
p-harap Cemas), thinking "oh, apa PS. I Love You uda premier?"

Akhirnya tadi pagi, Oma menemukan kalo film yang kata Ade keren - yet ngga sekeren bukunya - muncul di bioskop-bioskop terdekat di kota Surabaya :)

Dengan sedikit rayuan gombal, sedikit sogokan, dan banyak paksaan (he
heheh), Oma nonton ditempani Bang Tepy. Wah, Oma bercerita panjang lebar tinggi pendek mengenai PS I Love You yang bukunya uda Oma baca cover to cover, yang bikin Oma mbrebes mili (baca: mengeluarkan air mata).

Judul Pilem: PS. I Love You

Yang maen: Hillary Swank, Gerard Butler, Lisa Kudrow, Jeffrey Dean Morgan (t
he hottie,.. :P) Genre: Romantis

Komentar Oma:

Cerita 'mayan romantis, tapi 70% different to the book. Wah,..
di shoes designer), dan many more.

PS I Love You the movie bisa bikin oma sedikit terharu.

So,.. ada pro dan kontra nonton PS I Love You the movie,..

As conclusion, I will keep the book and film separate. They are like two different stories. Hm,.. oke lah,.. Oma lumayan seneng. At least bisa bikin Oma senyum-senyum sendiri, trus nangis dikit. Dan, yeah, kayaknya Bang Tepy juga quite enjoyed it. Buktinya, dia menggandengku saat keluar dari studio 3. Heheheh,.. hal yang jarang terjadi. Hihihihi,.... :P

Recommended ga, Oma? Yap! You should watch, unless you don't have any money and your partner (or spouse) hate romantic film :)
Happy long weekend, readers!

P.S. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is sooooooo hot and kiyut. Senyumnyaaa,... duh,... bikin deg2an :D

God's Plan for My Slippers

Look at my cute slippers! D...

What would you do if you could live another life

What would you do if you could live another life just for one day? This line is quoted from "Last Chance Harvey" . I have watched this film twice and still feel so touched everytime I watch it. Kate Walker, the main character in this film, uttered this question to Harvey Shine. In this story, both of them lived a life that is not very happy-chappy. Kate lived in a pathetic, boring life; Harvey in a screwed one. When Kate asked this question, both of them seem to ponder: what if I could live a different life, just for one day, just to try out. This question makes me ponder, too: what would I do if I was given a chance to live any kind of life I want, just for one day? Where would I be? What would I do? Who would I be? Lately I have been thinking about the life I am living right now. Everything is so well-planned. I graduated from high school, went abroad to study, came back home to work, went abroad again to do my master, working in a reasonably good organisation, and going ho...

The Bright Side

Always look at the bright side of life - Monty Phyton This song has been sung during the Olympics closing ceremony last year; and this has been my cheer up song ever since. Thus, referring to my earlier blog about how I was not happy with the way we got married, well, I tried to look back and to see the bright side of that circumstance. So if I could share a few things, which might be helpful to you, who are in the middle of preparing a wedding, here they are: 1. Wedding dress I was really happy with my wedding dress. I love the designer, Fifi Firianty , which was very helpful and very professional, and of course her work is stunning. From the first time I met her, I knew there was a click. So, if you look for a designer, who has a European style, please do consider her.  But just some tips, make sure you ask to have you dress fitted one day before the wedding. I had it measure 3 days before the wedding, but in the last 3 days, I ate almost nothing. So this dress...
